In another system I use, called "optimized MACD",  there is  a bullish x-over for BIB the Bullish 3x Biotech ETF and the opposite for its inverse BIS.  So I may pick up some BIB tomorrow. (There's a $1/share sales charge tonight giving another reason to wait.)  This is a secondary confirmation which I always look for prior to jumping into a l.etf.
